 Thank You Van Wert Chamber of Commerce for honoring us with the Crystal Image Award which honors a business that demonstrates leadership in Van Wert County by its many faceted contributions.
They were standing in line waiting on the doors to open June 17 for the Select Series Sales to begin. And the weather was beautiful!
When possible, members, sponsors and special guests get to meet with the artists to say thanks for their special support.

Whenever possible the NPAC and artists work together to fulfill the education portion of the Van Wert Area Performing Arts Foundation's Education mission.
 On February 19, Dr. Everett McCorvey, Founder & Music Director of the American Spiritual Ensemble spent an hour working with the Lincolnview High School Choir in a special Master Class.
On September 21, 2010 Steven Kellogg, children's author & illustrator talked with children in grades 2-5 from Van Wert, Lincolnview, Crestview and St. Mary's Catholic school about creativity, imagination, dreams and art.

On February 18, Porgy & Bess Producer, Michael Capasso met with students from area high schools to talk about the Gershwin opera history and stage and opera professions.For more photos visit the NPAC Facebook site.
And he met with those who came early for a brief history and insight into the Gershwin show they were about to watch.The lecture hall was standing room only.
